Models and layouts

These are some of the models and layouts I've made over the years.

My models

Competition entries, dioramas and just  things made for fun.

My layouts

Layouts I've exhibited, at shows around the South West.

Models for others

Models I've been invited to make for other layouts.

My models

These are various buildings I've made for my own layouts, or just because I wanted to make a model of somewhere.

St Tudy Workshop

A small, carpenter's workshop that caught my eye.  1:12 scale.

Penelewey Cottage

This little cottage is unusual as there is a Royal Mail Post box in the end wall.

I needed to reverse the orientation to fit with the location on the layout.

The Gentlemen's Restroom

By popular request, that grotty toilet...

The End

Ticket Office

Another competition entry, another 2nd place.

A generic shop made from card and printed paper.

My Layouts

These are some of my own layouts I've exhibited, or other layouts for which I've provided models.

A simple inglenook layout, with my signature building.

Porth Byhan

This tiny layout was built in a boxfile, and inspired by Mevagissy, where it now resides in the town museum.

Treamble

A short shunting layout, made as an add-on to my now scrapped Shepherds layout.

Castell

A OO9 layout built for Scale Model Scenery, and inspired by Conwy Castle.

The Hollow

Originally intended to be just a running loop for OO9 locos, this developed into a small town scene.

My models for other layouts

These are various buildings I've made for other  layouts.
